Remembering UA: A celebration in poetry of the work of UA Fanthorpe
Sunday 22 August 2010, 2pm - 4pm
Come and enjoy an afternoon of poetry at Woodbrooke Quaker Study Centre celebrating the life and work of Quaker poet U A Fanthorpe. The readers will include TS Eliot Prize winner, Philip Gross, U A Fanthorpe’s partner and fellow poet Rosie Bailey along with Gerard Benson, Laurence Lerner and Stevie Krayer. This event is £10 on the door and will be followed by complimentary tea, coffee and cake in the Woodbrooke dining room.
