What do I get?

Telephone calls (and a meeting at Woodbrooke if required) to identify current needs within the team and how these can best be met through the development day
Enjoyable problem solving/initiative tasks chosen to enable fulfilment of key objectives
Facilitated reviews throughout the day thinking about:
-   the team's performance and how to improve on it
-   the strengths and impact of individuals in the team
-   different styles of leadership
-   team and leadership models
-   reflection and action planning
These will be closely tied in to the objectives for the day and include opportunities for reflection and future planning (both individual and corporate). Presenting relevant models of team behaviour for the group to examine and discuss may include an exploration of difference, situational leadership, problem solving models, etc.
End of day review
Follow up phone call to assess progress towards change

Typically 5 hours of activities at Woodbrooke plus one hour client facing preparation and follow up.
