Using your gifts as a trustee of Woodbrooke

Are you interested in offering service as a Trustee of Woodbrooke Quaker Study Centre ?

We are seeking names of interested Friends from which to draw new Trustees, through our Nominations processes, over the next few years. If you would like to express interest in giving service please download this information pack which will tell you more about Woodbrooke and the role of trustees.

Woodbrooke Trustees

As the governing body of Woodbrooke, the Trustees are responsible for implementing the purposes in the Trust Deed. Thus, they are responsible for strategic direction, financial oversight and policy, and for the employment of staff and the terms of their employment. They give support and guidance to the staff through the Director. They promote Woodbrooke as a learning community and support the fundraising function.

Woodbrooke Charity Accounts

The Trustees present their report together with the consolidation accounts of Woodbrooke Quaker Study Centre for the year to 31 December 2014. 

The accounts are presented in accordance with the accounting policies set out on pages 30 to 32 of the attached document below and comply with the charity's trust deed, applicable laws and the requirements of the Statement of Recommended Practice, 'Accounting and Reporting by Charities' issued in March 2005.
