How to book

The best way to book a course at Woodbrooke is online. You can search for courses by clicking here. On each course page, below the information, there is an option to book a place on that course.

If you’re aged 18-35 and want to take advantage of our special offer, just go to our page about financial support and get a coupon code to receive a 50% discount.

If you would like financial support then please email learning@woodbrooke.org.uk before booking, to advise us how much you can contribute towards the cost of the course. For more information on bursaries please visit the financial support page.

If you have any questions about the booking process please email learning@woodbrooke.org.uk.

  • If you do not receive these emails, or have any queries, please contact learning@woodbrooke.org.uk.

HOW TO PAY

  • If your meeting is paying  provide treasurers details when booking.
  • All other courses should be paid for in full, online, by card at the time of booking. We do not have the facility to take card payments over the phone.
  • For residential courses only – if you are unable to pay in full at the time of booking, please contact us at learning@woodbrooke.org.uk  to discuss other options.

WHEN TO BOOK

Please book as soon as possible. We encourage early booking to maximise the chances of a course running. Unfortunately, we occasionally have to cancel courses. Decisions about the viability of a residential course are usually made two weeks before the start of a course. For online courses we try to make decisions about viability at least 5 days in advance, however there may be instances where we cancel at shorter notice.

COURSE START AND FINISH TIMES

Courses taking place at The Woodbrooke Centre begin at 6.15pm, with an evening meal, and end with lunch on the last day unless there are different timings given in the individual course details.
