Stillness lies at the heart of Quaker practice, but can be hard to achieve. This session offers practical approaches to settle the mind and open to Spirit.
Drawing on the tutor’s long experience as a Quaker and a Pranayama yoga teacher, the session will guide you in breathing and mindfulness practices to help with centring down at the beginning of meeting for worship, for times of personal discernment and for holding others in the Light.
