Christ and Creation

This session is an opportunity for the Illuminate authors to share what led them to write, and what inspired them most about the theme of ‘creation’. The session will be centred around several strands:

• The Wisdom tradition of Proverbs
• The creation theology of Romans
• The restorative vision of Isaiah
• The raw challenge of Revelation.

Participants will have the chance to explore some Biblical images and texts in small groups, as well as engage with the authors. This event will particularly appeal to Friends who want to go deeper and their understanding of the Bible, and those who wish to ground their climate activism in a rich soil of spiritual insight.
