Healing the Voice

Have you ever felt unheard, silenced, or disconnected from your true voice? Do you feel nervous about singing? After this workshop you will want to minister, speak your truth with loving kindness and most of all sing!

This workshop is a playful exploration of the voice, language’s origin story as a tool for connection and attachment, and the voice as the transformation of breath into sound.

What you’ll experience:
• Singing together with complete acceptance and joy
• Playing with the voice
• Mindful movement to unlock body-held emotions
• Creative journaling and sharing in a safe, supportive space
• Understanding Voice Wounds and their impact on self-expression
• Tools to cultivate confidence, clarity, and encounter your authentic voice.

There will be some material to look at before the first session. We will email you around one week prior to the course with information about accessing the course, including this material, on our online learning platform (Moodle).
