What might a life guided by joy look like? Start the new year with this gathering to remember and cultivate joy in all aspects of our lives.

Many spiritual traditions encourage and enable rejoicing, but it is something we easily lose. In this two-hour online workshop, we will re-connect with what gives us joy and explore how this can reach into and sustain all aspects of our lives, including our social justice work. Led by our own joy and playfulness, we will have time within the structure of the session to experiment with different ways of finding and signposting to joy.

So, come along and enjoy this chance to get in touch with your playfulness and what really matters to you. Bring paper, pencils, crayons, things that make sounds – anything you might like to play with.
