Simplicity A Quaker Way of Being

How can we live more simply, more adventurously, and more fully? This course explores the Quaker testimony of Simplicity and its relevance to everyday life. Whether you are a long-standing Friend or a new seeker, you are warmly invited to join.

We will explore themes of Simplicity together, sharing support and inspiration in our weekly sessions and between them. You will be encouraged to discern your own path toward a simpler life, creating space for greater peace, wellbeing, and clarity.

Each week we will follow a theme, with accompanying course materials. There will be discussion with other participants and simplification tasks which will be individual but may look like decluttering, streamlining or carving space in your life for that which feels important. There will be support for each other in doing the tasks between sessions via Moodle.

There will be some material to look at before the first session. We will email you around one week prior to the course with information about accessing the course, including this material, on our online learning platform (Moodle).
