“Let us then try what Love will do…”

Come along to this session to share our stories of Love, what it can do, and to build a sense of community through storytelling.

In this session we will use a simple practice called ‘Story Weaving’. Story Weaving was developed by Forest Therapy Guide Ben Page. It is a practice in which we respond to a prompt by telling each other stories from our own life. While listening, we harvest the wisdom from each story we hear. Finally, our individual stories are interwoven in such a way that it builds a sense of community. In weaving these strands of wisdom together, something new is created, a story about us, by us and for us.

This course will involve:
