Becoming a truly inclusive community is a life-time’s work. Unpicking the knots of all the ways we exclude others, including racism, ableism, sexism, transphobia, ageism and homophobia, is a long, difficult and messy job. This workshop aims to support Quaker groups who are already having conversations about diversity and inclusion, and need help in discerning their next steps. As well as providing facilitated discussion space, and tutor input on inclusive community, this course will include bespoke content to meet your meeting’s particular needs.
