Althea Anita Banda-Hansmann is a spiritual director, leadership coach and diversity, equity, inclusion and justice (DEIJ) consultant based in Cape Town. Shaped by life under Apartheid, she offers embodied contemplative accompaniment with a decolonial lens, helping people attend to the Light within and among us, listen to the body’s wisdom, soften limiting inherited patterns, and practise transformation in daily life. She accompanies people across faiths and none in Africa, the UK and the US, and leads Seasons of the Soul and Transforming Moments Consulting.
