Andrew Packer is a member of the Central England Quakers Responding to Racism Historical Research group. A resident of Birmingham, Andrew maintains an interest in local history, particularly in the development of the city and its industry and economy in the 18th and 19th centuries. He has been involved intermittently with Quakers in various parts of the country for over 50 years and is currently an attender at Cotteridge Local Meeting.
