Carolyn Baynes is an IFS informed Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist working with children, and adults with a range of life experiences. She was a music teacher for 30 years and still trains teachers in the Kodály approach to musicianship. Her research was in music, singing and attachment and she continues to explore how the voice becomes burdened with beliefs around self-expression, speaking one’s truth and self-worth. Carolyn lives in Farnham with her two sons and is a member of Farnham meeting.
