Christina Muhr spends most of her time as a middle school science teacher in Southern Oregon. After returning from teaching in Rwanda, Africa in 2011, she spent the next eleven years caring for her grandparents as they dealt with cancer and Alzheimer’s disease. She is a co-editor and contributor to Barclay Press’s Illuminate Sunday school material and an active member of a programmed Friends Meeting. As an avid gardener and the president of the local garden club, Christina finds many opportunities to be close to nature and to enjoy the rhythms of the seasons.
