Hilary Saunders has focussed on policy and legal rights on housing, welfare benefits and child protection in her work for Shelter, Women’s Aid and Bristol University. She is a member of Redland Quaker Meeting in Bristol and belongs to the EarthQuakes and the Climate Choir Movement, who both campaign on the climate crisis. For years, as a volunteer, she has supported the campaign to make ecocide an international crime as the best way to protect nature from multinational companies.
Hilary has an M.A. Ord. in English Literature and Fine Art from Edinburgh University and an M.A. in Child Studies from King’s College London.
