Josh Rogers works for a not-for-profit community interest company called RJ Working based in the far South West, in Cornwall. He is an experienced environmental activist and youth worker.  The multidisciplinary RJ Working team combines the expertise of former teachers, youth workers and probation staff, with the ambition of introducing Restorative practice across Cornwall.

Together, they champion the relevance of Restorative practice for building community in response to diminishing resources, for tackling the harms caused by climate change and by racism, and for supporting children and young people to better look after themselves and each other.
