Laurel Townhead, Director, Quaker United Nations Office (Geneva).

Laurel is a Member of South East London Area Meeting serving as Director of the Quaker United Nations Office Geneva.  She is grateful to work for peace and justice through the UN drawing on her faith. She brings Quaker witness to international law and multilateral processes to uphold the inherent dignity and worth of all members of our human family.  With over 10 years of practice in quiet diplomacy at QUNO she draws energy and hope from fostering human connections.
