Lucy’s experience includes senior management in international development, peacebuilding, and conflict transformation, with a specific focus on the disability rights sector. She has worked with BYM and American Friends Service Committee in various roles since 2010. Most recently with AFSC she has held the position of Peacebuilding Director for International Programs. She also works independently as a conflict transformation consultant and executive and leadership coach. She is from the UK and very happily based in Brighton.
