Spiritual Practices for Everyday
The Quaker tradition encourages us to make space every day to be spiritually present. Putting this into practice can be a challenge. We might struggle to find the time in a busy day, or be unsure about where to start, or need the encouragement of others. This course is an opportunity to explore what we mean by ‘spiritual practice’ and why it is important. In our evening sessions we will try out some different spiritual practices, reflecting together on which practices speak to us at this time. The course will also include a quiet day.
Live sessions are every Tuesday at 19:00-20:30 and the Quiet Day will be on Saturday 20 November 2021, 09:00 – 16:30 (UK time).
