The Art of Grounding: cultivating a mindful body & an embodied mind – meditation – qigong – deep relaxation
00:00 - 00:00
Becoming grounded and calm can help us to touch peace and stability in our life. Mindfulness of our body and our mind is the art of cultivating balance, harmony, compassion and peace within ourselves.
The course offers stillness and movement, sitting meditation, and the gentle, graceful movements of qigong. There will be the opportunity to truly rest and replenish our energy with deep relaxation. Stopping, calming and resting are the first steps towards taking good care of our body, mind and spirit, with awareness of the natural rhythm of our breathing we can nurture a peaceful heart, compassion and inner clarity.
The four week course offers continuity, with time to establish practices which you may wish to weave into your own personal daily spiritual practice.
Please note that if you have any health concerns about practicing qigong please consult your GP first.
Live sessions are every Saturday at 10:00-11:30 (UK time).
