Postgraduate Study

We work with the University of Birmingham to offer two types of research degree: MA by research and PhD. We can accept viable, original proposals in all aspects of Quaker Studies and some other areas, such as Amish Studies.

We also work in partnership with The Queen’s Foundation to offer taught modules with a Quaker element as part of their Postgraduate Certificate in Theology and Transformative Practice.

The Centre for Research in Quaker Studies has a strongly collaborative culture and is committed to maximising equality, diversity and inclusion. We welcome applicants with non-standard qualifications and from groups under-represented in academia.
