Contract Permanent
Hours 35 hours per week with frequent evening and weekend work (option to discuss less than 35 hours).

Woodbrooke is changing how we offer learning – developing and expanding our local and regional work and working more closely with Quaker communities.

We are recruiting a Team Leader to work as part of our Learning and Research Team to support these developments and help shape the future of the learning we offer.

You will play a key role in developing innovative learning opportunities for Quaker communities, helping to identify and meet needs in collaboration with Friends and our partner organisation, Britain Yearly Meeting. We are looking for someone who is creative and excited by what spirit led growth might mean in a faith context and how learning can support this.

You will have experience of developing and managing programmes, and of shaping work to meet the needs of beneficiaries. You will be able to empower team members and work well with volunteers and partners. You will have experience of monitoring and evaluating community led programmes. The role will include some delivery of learning programmes.

Closing Date: Monday 16 March at 12 noon

Interviews: Tuesday 31 March at Woodbrooke
