As the governing body of Woodbrooke, Trustees are responsible for implementing the purposes in the Trust Deed. Woodbrooke Trustees are all Members of Britain Yearly Meeting.
Woodbrooke Trustees are responsible for strategic direction, financial oversight and policy, and for the employment of staff and the terms of their employment. They give support and guidance to the staff through the Director/CEO. They promote Woodbrooke as a learning community and support the fundraising function.
