Joanna is the Outreach Coordinator for Rethinking Security. She has worked in both campaigning and academia over the last 20 years, covering issues of peace and justice such as debt, trade, anti-militarism, globalisation and the history of the British empire. She and her partner run a house of hospitality for refused asylum seekers, living in solidarity and undertaking grass-roots community support
