Mandy Cooper is Woodbrooke’s CEO. Mandy brings a rich leadership experience to her role at Woodbrooke, joining at the end of 2023  from Bayberry Ltd. Mandy has a background in communications and organisational psychology and she has served as a treasurer and commercial director. Mandy is a trained psychologist with a strong interest in philosophy and ethics; she holds qualifications from Birkbeck, Harvard, Arden, Wolverhampton, and Derby universities. She has authored and co-authored seven books, contributed to many journals and is an influential speaker and advocate in the field of wellbeing.
