Nishma Jethwa

Nishma is a facilitator who has been organising for social transformation for the last 10 years. She is originally from London with roots and community here and in India. For the past four years, she has been working within movement and community spaces to lead and support experiments and imagination practices to move us towards more liberatory futures. She is interested in critically looking at punitive and individualistic approaches to harm, conflict and abuse and building community sustaining frameworks like restorative justice, transformative justice and community accountability that seek to create conditions that cultivate real transformation in our world.
