Shena Deuchars has been attending a Quaker meeting since 2015 and became a member of North Somerset Area in 2018. She has served in a variety of roles, most recently as an alternate representative at Meeting for Sufferings. Having been a member of several non-conformist churches throughout her adult life, she has an enduring interest in faith and faith organisations. She thoroughly enjoyed exploring Quakerism more deeply as an MA student and is looking forward to the challenge of working on the 2023 British Quaker Survey.
