Professionally, Will is a Chartered Accountant, having spent more than twenty years in various finance and leadership roles, and now runs his own coaching and facilitation business, The Will Johnson Journey.

The consistent thread throughout Will’s professional life has been a passion for people, personal and spiritual development and learning to show up as his most authentic self.

Making sense of his life’s roles as a husband, father, son, and friend has led to the desire to create spaces for others to explore the intersection of their humanity and their life’s journey.
