April 2013 – Difficult Questions – How can I talk about being a Quaker? In this issue we will explore how we might encourage children to speak about their own experience of worship and of living by Quaker values, looking at what is important to them, what they cherish and what they sometimes find difficult.
March 2013 – Difficult Questions – When is it right to break the rules? This topic offers children an opportunity to discuss in a safe place whether rules are always good, what to do when they, or someone else, breaks the rule, and when it is right to break a rule.
The 2012 Swarthmore Lecture was given by Rachel Brett a Quaker and a human rights lawyer who works at the Quaker United Nations Office (QUNO) in Geneva, where she is Representative for Human Rights and Refugees.
