Explore the beginnings of the Quaker movement and how the summer of 1652 proved pivotal for the start of the Quaker movement. Each week will take you step by step through some of the key figures and texts to better understand the foundation of Quakerism.

We visit, virtually, the key sites of the Quaker consolidation in the North West of England and explore the importance of the north to Quaker success.

The course is based around a series of films and discussion topics with the option of live discussion with the tutor each week. What you do when within the three weeks is up to you.

The course is part of the celebrations of Fox 400.
